This is certainly an old thread, but I must update it. Apparently, IDPLR is the organization which ignores purchasers. I despatched them many email messages pertaining to a very simple dilemma and haven't obtained any reaction by any means.The purchaser gets not only the utility of the solution but will also gains access to its reselling privilege.
